i want to right side axis label name should be positioned same as left label name
Is there any way to fix this?
I'm not sure that I understand what you are asking? Is the picture how you want it to look, or is the picture the problem?
I believe I see what you are talking about. You want the label to face the same way like this:
The assumption would be that you would simply set your axis label angle to 180 degrees, but that doesn't work:
...because it looks like somebody forgot to take their calculator out of radian mode. 
Consequently, 180 degrees ends up being pie in the chart customizer. Set the Axis Label Angle to 3.14, and you will achieve the desired result.
