[Bug] Crash/hang in Designer

GW Version: 8.0.0-beta0 (b2018111302) running on Ubuntu hosted by GCE.
Attempting to run Designer on MacOS Mojave (10.14.1)
Java 11.0.1+13-LTS
Designer hangs or partially opens views in Perspective. These same views open OK in Designers running on Windows.

Can you look in the designer’s console and see if there are error messages there?
