Search again after opening Window that I know contains this tag in Designer... it finds it??
No errors reported in the console

Second this, another developer at our company ran into this the other day and showed us.
I want to say this isn't new and it's unavoidable due to the way Vision stores resources & creates new ones. I'll look up the full details of what I'm thinking of in a bit.
