[BUG IGN-1090] system.tag.importTags with json file don't use utf-8 format?

In the designer when I manually import udt json file in utf8 format, all is fine.

If I import the same file with system.tag.importTags, characters like é or à are “broken”.

Hope you could include this fix in 8.1.1 Final.
We have plan to upgrade some project from 8.1.0 to 8.1.1 before the start in production.

Unfortunately this wasn’t able to be fixed for 8.1.1.

It’s still in progress and targeted for 8.1.2.
