[BUG] Perspective: Coordinate container snapping doesn't work for rotated components

If I remember correctly, we “disabled” the snap functionality for rotated components because we would need to perform complex calculations for anything other than 90 degree rotation, and even if we managed those calculations we would then be snapping corners to edges which is probably not what users want anyway. While snapping doesn’t work in this scenario, the alignment toolbar should still work as expected.

I can certainly see this being complex and mostly useless for other rotations, but for 90deg increments, it definitely makes sense imo. Snapping is a great feature to have :slightly_smiling_face:
