[Bug] Perspective XYChart goes blank when new data sources are added via scripting

I’m creating a sort of ribbon chart using the XYChart in perspective, and using scripting to translate from input parameters into data sources. When I set the data sources array using a script, the chart goes blank and doesn’t display the new data as expected. The chart does display when any property under props changes.

This issue happens in both the designer and browser. I am using Ignition 8.0.3

8.0.3 is an extremely old version, in Perspective terms. A large number of bug fixes have gone into the charting components in Ignition - I would highly suggest upgrading before spending more time on a workaround.
