It looks like it collapses, expands for half a second, then collapses again, so perhaps a timing issue?

I was able to replicate this behavior on views that are nested within two folders but this behavior doesn't happen if the view is just under a single root folder:
I would definitely recommend opening a Support ticket with Inductive Automation so this can be further investigated/tested to confirm:

Was a bug request ever submitted for this? This issue is making development tedious.
