[BUG] Raising z order of component selects other component

When you raise the z-order of a component in a Perspective View in this version, the component you modified is deselected and the component which now has the component you selected's old z-order is selected. This doesn't affect reordering in the other direction.

This was also happening in older versions. Interestingly it doesn't seem to happen all the time. Definitely annoying.
