Bug Report :: XYChart labels with dark-mode not working

Hi, I am trying to use the CSS generic variable colors var(–neutral-60) to convert my themes from light-cool to dark and the label appears to be black in all themes.

yaxes[0]appearance.labels.color

I have a similar problem, I insert CSS variable for series column color but everything is dark (image is attached --charts-4). Looks like XYChart doesn’t accept it.

Can somebody help?

This is a problem with the chart components in general. They are bought in or adapted from AM Charts, for example, and may have SVG components that don't reference the CSS. We allow users to select a theme on all our projects - usually just the built-in themes. My workaround for the charts has been to set up a session.custom.config section and add the necessary colors there that mimic the CSS theme colors. Ran into this issue again, the above solution works, but for dynamic charts where the bullets cant be manually bound this unfortunately doesnt work when the user changes the theme
