[Bug-Resolved] Designer Does Not Exit

Now that I have opened the designer, I am unable to exit.

When I click on ‘x’ button, or Right-Click->Quit, confirmation popup appears.

I click on ‘Yes’ and nothing happens.

Ignition version: 8.0.0-beta0 (b2018110602)
Java version: 11.0.1+13-LTS
Operating System: Ubuntu 18-04 Desktop (Linux | amd64)

Is anything being logged to the output console (Help -> Diagnostics) if you close that dialog?

This is a known issue related to the “Perspective/NPE On Save” issues mentioned in the Beta doc. Can you confirm if the libgconf-2-4 package for your Ubuntu OS is installed?

I did not have it installed. I installed it by sudo apt-get install libgconf-2-4 and now it exits properly. Thanks.
