[BUG] restore from 7.9.4 to 8.0.12 lose override on query tag

Hello,

I took a backup from Ignition 7.9.4 and restored it on Ignition 8.0.12.
There were several instances of a datatype having also a query tag. In two of the the query tag was in override, but when I restore it the query tag was still as in the datatype and the override was lost.

You should open a ticket with Ignition Support to get this looked into. They will need the 7.9.4 backup and the exact tag paths of the tags that were missing the overrides after the upgrade.
