[BUG] Scrolling a Virtualised Perspective Table with many rows un-syncs cursor position with scroll thumb

When you try to scroll a Perspective Table which is virtualised, the scroll thumb does not move with the mouse cursor. When there are many rows in the table, this means clicking and dragging the scroll thumb many times in order to get to the bottom of the table which is incredibly frustrating for operators.

Tables with virtualised=False are unaffected.

Update:
This is only an issue if your table has any columns displaying an embedded view.
