Bug Unwanted Clipboard message

This for Ignition 8.1.42 and running the Project designer on Windows 10 Pro 22H2

I am not trying to copy and past anything, but when I navigate away from the Project designer and then return to it, I regularly get messages like this pop up (but not always).

This has been reported for RDP sessions on windows only. Does that apply?

Yep, I am using RDP to get to my windows box.

What is the link to where it is reported?
