[BUG]Vertical Progress Bar

The progress bar has left to right and right to left options, as well as a horizontal/vertical option. However, using the vertical option it can only be bottom to top. Changing the direction option does not change it to top to bottom.

I also can't rotate the progress bar so I can't get a top to bottom progress bar. As a workaround I can switch the background and foreground colors.

I used this workaround for vertical sliders too...

Just realized remembered that level indicators can be shown to fill in any direction, so just use a level indicator instead of the progress bar. It's much better anyways because the progress bar can be choppy due to the INT values.
