Cache image resources in perspective

Hello
For overview pages I use image for background.
Like other component resources, is it possible to cache images too in client broswer so the loading time is getting minimum?

No, as I know, unfortunately. So as I use SVG all the time I learn to always try to minimize the elements in SVG documents and try to optimize the SVG.
