But it is not showing up in the designer after? Shouldn't this show up here?
It's a project import, not a 3rd-party module. Only the latter would be able to insert a true component. Look at the project resources you imported and copy/paste what you need.
Uhm, allright... Not quite sure where I should find the project resources?
In the project with the name you used during import.
Import it into your project with Designer's File | Import.
