I have created two pipelines for an alarm, first one to send out messages when active and acknowledged and the second pipeline to for sending out a clear message along with a pdf, The problem i am facing is that, i am not able to display the ackUser and ackNotes in my clear message because when the message clears ackUser and ackNotes become null values. Is there any way to retrieve these values in the clear pipeline.
