Can I display vision module of ignition on a SmartTV?

Now, I need to display in 3 diffenrents points (PC’s) my screens of Ignition, but I want to use a smartTV to this purpose, Is it possible?

Hello, Honorio. Welcome to the forums!

Not by itself. Ignition need full Java to run a client. But, you can hook a PC or, if the project isn't too big, a Raspberry Pi. Either one wold connect to an HDMI port on the TV.

As some additional information, you may want to use a monitor over a smart TV if you plan on running it 24/7. TVs, while still cheaper than monitors, are not made for constant operation. It hasn't stopped me from using one or two at my facility, and no failures yet, but it's something to keep in mind.

Since most people are afraid of Linux we have been using HDMI stick PCs instead of Raspberry Pis. They are only ~$110 on Amazon and come with full blown windows, 32Gb flash, and wireless. Our wireless is spotty in the plant so we bought ~$10 USB-Ethernet adapters.
