Can new perspective library objects be easily added?

If i am building complex plant screen can i easily add a new objects to the library.
If no appropriate object already exist in the perspective library can I create vector graphics myself and add it ? What tools would you use to create vector graphics?

Regards

you mean components?

Or are you talking about icons or something?

We started building SVGs in Affinity Designer (app similar to Illustrator or Inkscape) but now use Figma.

We're already using Figma for all our UI/UX design, so it's easy to create icons, device images, and more in Figma and use components, variants, and properties in Figma to cleanly match variants and parameterization in Perspective.

anything that is displayed on the perspective

Thanks for reply - can you please clarify what do you mean by "variants"?
Can i assume that in Figma i could quickly build vector graphics for the custom tank ?
How much effort in practice does it take to add some properties to this library object eg. to display that it is being filled, changed colour to red when high or low? I am not new to perspective but new to the concept of creating new object and vector graphics.

It really depends what is being displayed for how to add it. components you would need to make a module, which is not trivial.

For svg/icons you can easily import them

These would be style changes to an svg, and shouldnt be to hard. Just some style property changes
