We want to show the level where the process variable becomes alarm active.
Is there a way to show horizontal line at this point?
All the pens come from the historian so you'd need to log the alarm setpoint there. Set the sample mode to onChange with set the Max Time Between Samples to a value that will ensure that you get start and end values for the timespans you are likely to want.
Set the plot type to "stepAfter" so that you get a step change when the alarm level changes, rather than a curve.
