Can you reference a UDT from a different tag provider?

Hello,
We're on v8.1.20 and I was curious how (if possible) I could go about creating a tag in a given tag provider that references a UDT residing in a separate tag provider.

each tag provider is independant and has its own udt def.
A way to share udt_def in multiple providers of the same gateway is a long awaited feature !
