Cannot add user to AD/Internal Hybrid security role

I am running 7.6.3 when I click on manage users and scroll to the bottom of the page there is no longer a link to add a user. Has the link moved and I am just over looking it?

now that I stared at this a little longer it appears that ignition automatically queries AD and shows everyone in active directory on the gateway page.

Jonathan, that is correct. You will have to do all your user management from the Active Directory.
