When I want to backup the gateway by click the key "Gateway Backup". Always popup Gateway Error.

Try the command line gwcmd tool in a terminal. That should provide more information. Also, you may need to inspect your wrapper.log file to see if the gateway is producing an error when it tries to assemble the backup file.
