Cannot Connect to Modbus Device

I am having an odd problem I have been bashing at for too long and must be missing something simple… We have some chart recorders (Chino) that I cannot connect Ignition too. But, I can connect fine with a generic modbus client.

I fired up wireshark and it seems Ignition can never even handshake the connection. I have a single tag setup for the device as an IR100, source type integer.

ANy ideas?

Does the modbus device support multiple remote connections?

No, but only one was connected at the time (sorry should have mentioned that). I have ignition or the other app disabled and only attempt a single connection.

Try 1.IR100 as the address?

Still same behavior.
