Cannot create a new project?

Using Ignition 8.0.14. Trying to create a new project and I am getting this error which I’ve never seen before -

ExecutionException: com.inductiveautomation.ignition.client.gateway_interface.GatewayException: Not authorized to create projects.
	caused by GatewayException: Not authorized to create projects.
	caused by GatewayFunctionException: Not authorized to create projects.

Ignition v8.0.14 (b2020062220)
Java: Azul Systems, Inc. 11.0.6

I thought maybe it had to do with logging in with a specific user source so I made another user under the default internal user source, set it administrator, and set that user source as the projects user source. Still received the same error. Any thoughts?

In gateway settings?

Looks like someone changed that setting on me. Thanks that was it.
