Cannot Create Poolable ConnectionFactory

I am trying to connect a MSSQL database to a new gateway but keep receiving this fault. We are certain we are using the username/password for connection to the database. We have an older gateway that has been connected to this database.

Different JDBC driver versions? Is the working connection on an older, more "relaxed" version?

The older gateway version is 8.1.15 while this new gateway is 8.1.44. Looks like the JDBC for the older gateway is 10.2 while I downloaded the latest for the new gateway (12.10)

I don't follow MSSQL stuff closely, but it wouldn't surprise me if the newer driver needs some extra connection parameters to enable a legacy mode of some kind.

Perhaps a support ticket would help. IA has a lot of this stuff indexed.
