Hi Everyone,
I am facing issues with Oracle database. I am getting an error "Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection)" .
This was running earlier. I am not sure what exactly happened.
Do I need to reinstall Oracle DB again on server.

I've typically seen Oracle DB's fault after a system restart or something and it usually was because some Oracle service stopped running after system startup. Check Windows Services and make sure all Oracle services are running. If all services are still running and the connection is still faulted, get a copy of error stack trace and post it here.
