Cannot Delete User Source ROSTER_ENTRY: UserSourceID

I'm trying to clean up our gateway and want to remove an old user source that has been decommissioned. But I get this error and cannot find this dependency.

Cannot delete user source "wb.local", the following objects depend on it:
[ROSTER_ENTRY: "UserSourceId"
ROSTER_ENTRY: "UserSourceId"]

I cannot find any source that is linked to this old "wb.local".

Have a similar error, did you find a solution?

You have an extant On Call Roster that contains one or more users from the user source you want to delete. The system is preventing you from deleting it so that those rosters don't end up with "orphaned" user references.

So I went through all of the on-call rosters and could see no reference to our old source 'wb.local'.
Figured there must be some artifact still lingering somewhere associated with a user.
So I systematically went through all on-call rosters and deleted all users, saved, and then re-entered the users for all 15 rosters.
I was then able to successfully delete the old user source.
