Cannot edit ValueChanged Script

Hi I am quite confuse here, I wanna override the script from a UDT instance, but seems like it was disabled for editing.
Does overriding the script valuechanged is not possible in UDT?

• I can edit the script on the UDT itself.

Below screenshot for reference, when I try to override the script from the UDT, but it was grayed (cannot be edited):

Hi, you need to click the little grey bubble first in order to override.
