I have inherited a project which i have many problems with.
I cannot launch design laucher. I believe there are some gateway scripts which are using database for user control and this somehow fails. Are there any diagnostic tools apart from wrapper useful for troubleshooting? Console window would be good but it does not work anymore in ignition
A connect exception is a pure network or firewall problem. Start troubleshooting that first.

Everything is local - database and gateway but i dont know well the project itself. There is some database user query to allow authentication i believe which might be a problem but trying to think what troubleshooting tools i have to my disposal. Pls let me know how to go about this or which tools to use
