What I have done:

Reboot computer
Delete Java cache
Delete .ignition directory
Reinstall Java
Reinstall Ignition

Nothing has helped so far. I can’t open project or continue working with it.

It sounds like you might have a corrupt installation of Ignition. A couple of questions:
Was your Ignition an upgrade from an older version?
If so, did this happen before the upgrade?
Are you getting this error when opening a Client, a Designer, or both?
Do you have a Gateway Backup from before you started having this problem?

i have the same problem but i can’t connect to the gateway, then today download the update of ignition, i can create new projects but the old one is impossible to use in designer or project mode

here is the message

GatewayException: Project loading failed. Getting Field 12 from simpleorm.sessionjdbc.SSessionJdbcHelper@de08215
caused by SException$Jdbc: Getting Field 12 from simpleorm.sessionjdbc.SSessionJdbcHelper@de08215

Ignition v7.6.4 (b2013112117)
Java: Oracle Corporation 1.7.0_51

please tell me my ptoject is not lost

Please call into support and they can help you try and restore from an auto-backup

I get the same error! I can’t open my projects and can’t even go to the Projects section under Configure.

AND NO, I didnt upgrade my Ignition or anything!

Was anyone able to get their projects back?

You may be able to get them from an auto-backup.

Take a look at this thread. While my issue was about tags, this will work for projects as well.

Did you call into support? If so, what was the resolution to the problem?

Are you still experiencing issues as well? Where you able to restore one of your auto-backups to resolve
the issue?
