Cannot Open Screens in Restored Project - Error Screen (7.9.3)

Hey folks,

7.9.3

I’m trying to restore an old project backup to support a client, and the restore process works just fine. However, trying to open any of the screens yields this error:

SerializationException: Error deserializing element "</o>"
     caused by NoSuchMethodException: com.inductiveautomation.factorypmi.application.binding.SQLPropertyAdapter.setPushEnabled(boolean)

Not sure how to rectify this so that I can open the screens - any ideas? I’ve installed 7.9.3 fresh and the only project on it at the moment is this one.

This project must have been opened and saved in at least Ignition 7.9.7 at some point.

Installing 7.9.7 and restoring should work, then?

Make sure your client is on at least the same version you’re doing work in (7.9.7 in this case). Stuff saved in newer versions of Ignition aren’t guaranteed to work in older versions.
