"Cannot release lock" Error

I dont believe Ive seen this error before. and it is keeping me from saving my project. I have been working on my project all day and just a few minutes ago, when I try to save like I have been doing throughout the day the below error pops up and keeps me from saving.
I am the only person who has touched this project. How can i not be the owner(plus i have no clue what lock it referrs to, there are no locks being used.

Any ideas of what may have gone wrong?

Ignition v7.5.1 (b1122)
Java: Oracle Corporation 1.7.0_05[/code]

I believe this is a known issue that has bee fixed for 7.5.2, but to be sure can you check the designer sessions status page on the gateway and see if there is a reference to the lock 653 pertaining to Client Tags?

This has been fixed for Ignition 7.5.2. The work around is to make a new client tag. This should release the lock.
