Can't select the default "pointer" cursor

I feel silly that I cannot see how to do this, but I can't see how to retain the default cursor (an arrow) when I cursor over a label (or any component, but labels are the current focus). The style dialog has lots of choices, but not this one. The default cursor on a label is the I-beam text entry cursor. I just want the plain one.

I am using version 8.1.23, Perspective

Any help?
