Recently I upgraded numerous site with Ignition 8.1.19 version via EAM remote upgrades. But I found out that some of the gateway servers errored out and didn’t upgraded to the latest version. Below is the snapshot of the error. I tried doing it the traditional way by running the .19 installer but that too didn’t get work and couldn’t get upgraded. One thing I noticed when I did it the traditional way, it didn’t give the popup stating “You already have ignition installed, want to upgrade instead”. So if anyone has any ideas or any troubleshooting methods that could be done to mitigate this?
Does your logs show more information in regards to the errors you are receiving?
I would recommend to contact our support department for a more in depth troubleshooting process.
