Change scrollbar appearance

Hi,

Does anybody have experience in changing the scrollbar appearance in Perspective. I would like to implement a more present day design and am guessing it goes through the accompanying css files, but just wondering if anybody has some insight on how to do so.

What exactly is not present day about it?

Not present day might have been a wrong choice of words in my part.

Essentially I would like to make the scrollbars narrower and set the color to match my overall theming logic.
