Change scrollbar

Hello everyone, I recently saw the webinar Design Like a Pro: Graphic Design Tips for Better HMIs and I can’t figure out how to get the scrollbar as it is in the video.

It seems that when the project is in Client mode in the the video, the scrollbar looks like this :[attachment=0]scrollbar.JPG[/attachment] I’m tinking maybe it can be done with UIManager but I don’t have a great experience with this. Does anyone know how it could be done?

A bit old, but i’m reviving it.
This is a default scroll bar : . I would like to change it to have somtehing like this :
Anyone can help ?
