Change text color for disabled input

I’m using Ignition 7.6 on Windows 7.

On the numeric input (and text input) boxes when the “Enabled” property is set to false, it makes the background a light grey color and the foreground a slightly darker grey color. Is there anyway at all to change these default colors? I noticed that tere is an “Editable” and a “Protected Mode” field in the “Behavior” area, but I can find no way to read the current values of those in the expression area or else I would use that to set the color of the foreground.

Anyone run into this and know how to either change the default colors of non enabled objects or access the current value of “Editable” and/or “Protected Mode”?

Button text colour change on disable

Currently, when a button is disabled, only its border appearance changes. This is quite a subtle change and it can be hard to see if it is disabled or not. Background Color Of Disabled Component

How do I change the appearance of a component’s background color when it is disabled? I want some pushbutton components to be disabled depending on the security of who is logged in. I can changed the foreground or text color just fine but I would like to know if the system just defaults the background color of disabled components to a certain color and whether or not I can change it. Thanks.
