There is some way to change the style of all the windows of the project at the same time.
for example: change the background color, change the type of letters … etc

No. Limitations with theming in Java Swing are (one of) the main things the Pespective module was designed around improving.
What most users seem to do is set up a series of client tags with static font/color/etc information, and set up all components to bind to those client tags. If you’ve already designed all of your windows, there’s no way to do this to all of those windows automatically - it has to be something you do from the start.
i still haven’t started creating windows. I will do it as you have indicated
