I’m working with some of the tags in the project and the structure is as follows.
OEEDemo\DF\MO\Processing\DM Line 1.Shift Down Time (Minutes). I was able to change all of the folder names, but the first folder “OEEDemo”. Where do I change that folder name?

The top level folder name is the project name.
Browsing to the new line tags is the easiest way to go, though. After you have created a production model for your new line and cells open the OPC tag browser and expand the “Production” folder down to you line.
From there you can pull the required tags to work with the demo screens. You only need the top level tags, use a demo project tag folder as a guide. Using the same folder layout allows your new line to work with the demo project screens.
