Changing Scheduled Time Under Connections Devices

My load factor is 867% and I’m told the reason is my scheduled time is at 250ms. I’m pulling tags from a ControlLogix controller, how is this 250ms set?

Additionally, has anyone had any issues moving license from Win7 to Win10, but having connections issues?

You have tags in a scan class @ 250ms.
