I'm trying to get me charts to work on my project. I'm using PostgreSQL as my database provider. It's set as default in the Gateway and shows a valid connection. I've set up Postgre as per the Ignition guide. It works well in Designer, but once I go live on the clients it goes red and doesn't work. First timer on Ignition so it's a learning curve. Looking for some help. Thanks,

Can you edit your question title, tag it as Ignition rather than General Discussion and then in the other dropdown add the database and perspective or vision tags to attract the right people.

Do you get any error popups? And errors in the client diagnostics windows?
It looks like a binding issue. What bindings do you have and how have you made them?
Do you know history is being stored for those pens?
So...turns out I didn't enable the permissions in my designer. As soon as I did this they all worked. Learning curve!

For others, these permissions are in the project properties accessible from the designer, under the Vision > Permissions tab. By default all of them are disabled, including database query access
