class.com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.ActivityCorrelator memory leak

I have a situation where there is a slow memory leak on a gateway. When I create a memory dump and review it this is the largest contributer. class.com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.ActivityCorrelator
I have seen that there was at one time a memory leak associated about this but that was several years ago. Is anyone aware of potential causes of this?

Thanks Gurjot. I have done that. The problem was the JDBC version as I thought.
