I can’t launch the client from PC.
Designer works fine but project close during start-up.

Sounds like you may be running your client sessions with more than 2GB allocated on a 32 bit Java installation?
Check in the designer - Project - Properties - Client - Launching / Client Memory

can you turn on Java console and post the output.
@DSI600 is likely correct if all you’re seeing is the Java splash screen, then nothing else happens.
@cmisztur2’s suggestion will be helpful if you are getting the Ignition splash screen/progress bar, then some kind of error.
