I have problem with launching clients on different windows platform. Clients OS are Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.2. Client app runs in a few clients if native client is used. Using direct ling doesn’t start client in all PC’s. From the first look, everything looks fine. No problems with opening web page at 8088 port. All clients find the project, and state of it, if using native client launcher. Then if I press “launch” button, nothing happens. The task “java platform SE binary” just disappear from the task manager without any error. It looks like something prevents running java binary code, but I can’t figure out the source. Nothing in ignition console at server, and nothing in the windows logs in clients.
Server configuration is:
Windows server 2012 r2 64bit (runs on hyperV machine 16Gb with 4 cores, host 96Gb and 16 cores 2 XEONs CPU)
Ignition 7.8.2 with 8 Gb java heap size
Java build 1.8.0_91-b14 (the same in clients)
