I configured the background as blue, launcher opens and its red. Went back and re-saved, same. Bug in ignition?
Are you sure there's no binding or script overriding your designer selection?
Not using any binding on the object, simply assigned a colr to the background fill.

You have styles (animation) assigned to the component (see the little icons after the property names?).

Not sure I follow, are you saying I have another settings group i need to modify instead of just the background color selection?
Yes, component styles are writing to your background color. Open the style customizer.
I see now, I have it working. It is still odd that it worked like I wanted in the test mode in developer, but not in launcher runtime.
