Intro
I am trying to stop frequent client session browser page freezes and have identified the condition that triggers the freeze. By freezing I mean that the browser page becomes unresponsive. To unfreeze the browser or tab has to be closed, reopen perspective with the browser, and then navigate the desired page. Refreshing the page does not work.
Condition that trigger the freeze.
The MenuBar is set to display on demand. This puts the arrow button on the left side of the window. If the user clicks on the left side edge of the arrow button the browse page freezes. If the user clicks on the arrow button away from the left edge the menu bar displays as expected.
Solution
Is this a perspective bug or is there something being triggered on my project file that freezes the browser? If so, where can I look to eliminate this bug?
