Client Trial Expired despite having an active license

I have a problem with my Ignition applications. After updating the Ignition version from 8.1 to 8.3, from time to time this message appears while I am navigating through my applications:

“Your Ignition Client Trial period has expired.”

It should be noted that I do have an active Ignition 8.3 license. Is there any way to prevent this message from appearing?

You should probably call support and provide them your license info so they can make sure everything is good and all your installed modules are on the license.

@cristhian.rivera We are experiencing the same issue after upgrading to 8.3. Did you get this issue resolved? How?

Do you have active support, BasicCare at the minimum? If not, you need to pay to upgrade from e.g. 8.1 to 8.3.

And if you do have support and you purchased pre 8.3, you might need to get IA to update the licence to support the latest, as I don’t think this is an automatic process
