Issue came up this morning where any user is not able to login. Checked AD and acct wasn’t locked. Restarted the client and it goes to the login screen rather than opening into the project like normal. Gateway is good and even restarted server. Any ideas?
I’ve seen this on a limited license (limited clients) when maximum number of clients was already open. If this is relevant to your system, you can check for open clients on gateway under status->connections->vision clients.
I have also had this happen where AD has timed out when trying to authenticate when opening a client.
