Close a Window or keep it in background?

Hi,

Each time that I design an Operator window, I don’t know what is better, to close the window after use or to open my Home window and keep this window in background.

Did a window in background use CPU? Memory?
Did the components binded to a tag change when the window is in background?

I usually close a window that is not needed. Whatever is happening in a window will continue to happen when it is in the background.
